Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you're not 100% happy, we will replace or refund most products provided that we are notified of your Cancellation within 14 calendar days of delivery (or store pickup) and that the products are returned to us complete, unused, in their original packaging and with all product tags intact.
In Brief
1. You can cancel your order anytime up to 14 days after delivery (See below: How to Cancel an Order)
2. You need to get the goods back to us within 14 days of us receiving your notification to cancel
3. Altered garments can't be cancelled. Underwear and pyjamas can't be cancelled if the inner wrapping is unsealed
4. If you've cancelled an order you bear the cost of the return. If we got it wrong, then we bear the cost of the return
5. If you've cancelled an order your refund is in full, less shipping, and provided the goods returned are saleable
6. If we got it wrong, refunds are in full including shipping. We'll also pay for the return provided you let us organise it
Your Statutory Rights to Cancel
Your statutory right to cancel your order under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 is not affected, but please note that your rights do not extend to products that have been personalised, or are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Products that do not qualify for refund/return, or qualify only if certain conditions are met, are clearly marked on the website. These products are:
• Underwear - boxers and y-fronts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Garments that have been altered - or personalised by our tailoring service may not be returned
How to Cancel an Order
Before you cancel an order, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 calendar days of delivery to the shipping address specified by you. In the case of Store Pickup, the 14 day cancellation period begins from the earliest specified collection date which you will be advised of by email.
If an order has been broken up into multiple shipments, the 14 day cancellation period begins from the delivery date of the last shipment received, or in the case of store pickup - from the date on which the last item is ready for collection.

Whichever method you choose, you will need to supply us with the following information to complete your cancellation:
• Your name, contact number and email address
• The products you ordered, and the date you ordered
• The date products were delivered or picked up instore
• Your Invoice Number (you will find this on the Order Statement email that you got when you bought the goods)
Returning Products from a Cancelled Order
You have 14 days from the time we receive your cancellation to return the products to us. Please ensure that all returns are adequately packed and addressed to:

For your convenience, you can also use Fastway Couriers to complete your return.
If you wish to do so, phone us on +353 1 8371168, or email returns@largesizes.ie and we can organise for Fastway to pick up the goods from your delivery address and provide a returns service to you at the following rates:
• Dublin €4.95
• Rest of Ireland/Northern Ireland €5.80
Returning Faulty or Wrongly Delivered Products
Please examine all deliveries in the presence of the courier. If we have delivered the wrong products, or the product is faulty/defective, simply hand them back to the courier and refuse to accept delivery.
Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible by phone +353 1 8371168, email info@largesizes.ie or fill out the cancel order form on this website. You have 14 days from receipt of shipment to notify us.
In all genuine cases we will bear the cost in full of repairing the order, replacing it or cancelling it by prior arrangement with you.
How Refunds are Applied
Cancellation before Shipping or Store Pickup
If we receive notice of your cancellation before the products are shipped, you will be refunded in full, including any shipping fees, for all eligible products within 14 days via the Credit/Debit card you used to order the goods.
If we receive notice of your cancellation before Store Pickup, and provided that we receive this cancellation within 14 calendar days of your specified collection date, or last collection date in the case of multiple dates applying to an order, you will be refunded in full for all eligible products within 14 days via the Credit/Debit card you used to order the goods.
Cancellation after Shipping or Store Pickup
• If you cancel after we have commenced shipping, or after you have made a Store Pickup, we will refund you within 14 days or us receiving the goods back.
• Where shipping has commenced, refunds will not include shipping costs, unless the products were damaged/faulty on arrival (please refer to the next section: Return of Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered Products).
• We will make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from wear and tear, soiling, damage, missing labels or poor handling and packaging in the shipping of the goods back to us. Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• If any products which form part of a promotional offer are returned for a refund you will be refunded only the amount of the product at the time of the applicable promotional offer.
Refund of Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered Products
In the case of faulty or defective products, or where we have delivered the wrong product to you, we will refund you in full along with any shipping costs. We will also arrange for collection of the products from you and bear the cost of the return. Please note that we will not pay for the return unless it has been pre-agreed with us first.
