We ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland. All shipping is free on orders €50 or more.
*Currently all orders are sent using Fastway Couriers. This normally guarantees next day delivery if the order is placed before midday within Ireland/Northern Ireland. Once we have confirmed and accepted your order, we will proceed with shipment as follows:
• Orders received after 2pm Monday to Thursday will have a next day dispatch
• Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday
• Orders received on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday
Tracking your Order
Once shipment has begun, we will send you an email with the delivery date and a tracking code to the email address you provided. This means your order has left our shop and is in the hands of Fastway Couriers. You can track your order by going to www.fastway.ie. Just enter your tracking code in the Label Number field and click on "Track".
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your order is delivered Fastway Couriers will leave a calling card with their contact details. You can then contact Fastway who will attempt to deliver the package a total of three times. If you can leave a contact number it would be easier for Fastway to deliver to you in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery. If delivery is not successful after the third attempt the goods will be returned to Jim Markey Mans Shop.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.
Damaged Items/Wrong Order
Please examine all deliveries in the presence of the courier. If we have delivered the wrong products, or the product is faulty/defective, simply hand them back to the courier and refuse to accept delivery.

In all genuine cases we will bear the cost in full of repairing the order, replacing it or cancelling it by prior arrangement with you.
